Our Mission

Puma Shuseikai Aikido is here attempting to unite all men, women and children of Riyadh from all walks of life, of various nationalities, cultures, and religions.

Our aim is to unify mankind -- establish peace and harmony amongst ourselves -- in our own weak ways. Through Aikido, we can make it possible!

Our History

Growing up honing my skills in various self-defense disciplines; from boxing, to combat karate, to arnis and finally Aikido, my fascination to martial arts grew more and more only to realize that a martial art, especially Aikido, is beyond art in itself. It is even beyond words. In pursuit of its true meaning, I took on the responsibility of teaching Aikido -- hoping to find my answers somehow, somewhere... perhaps, only time can tell.

In order to continuously learn Aikido -- this time, by teaching -- I decided to become a founder of my own dojo. In December 2003, Puma Aikikai Martial Arts Dojo in Riyadh was born. This dojo was registered and recognized by the Philippine Embassy, Riyadh. In February 2007, the name was changed to what is known today as Puma Shuseikai Aikido and became affiliated and certified as a branch dojo of Shuseikan Aikido Federation based in Jeddah.
